Jaymi is a writer, composer, and passionate storyteller. Her career has taken her from public service to innovation, where she spent nearly a decade crafting policy narratives and ensuring the safe and responsible development of new technologies for Google, Apple, and Pinterest.

Jaymi is a former US delegate to the Wassenaar Arrangement in Vienna, Austria. She has also led and moderated talks on behalf of Silicon Valley’s tech giants. Jaymi continues to speak on equity, creativity and purposeful living. She holds a degree in biomedical engineering and has had intensive study in European Classical piano, musical composition, and musicology.

Jaymi is the founder of Pensive Media where her primary focus lies in developing creative work that fosters empathy and compassion for the human experience. Through her work, she continues to create a more thoughtful and engaged society, one story at a time. 

When she's not focusing on her latest project, you'll often find her wearing headphones or playing her piano. She lives in Washington DC with her husband and joyful preschooler.
