Jaymi D. Green is a songwriter, composer, and passionate storyteller.  She is the founder of Pensive Media, where her primary focus lies in developing creative work that fosters empathy and compassion for the human experience. Through the power of art and creativity, she seeks to create a more thoughtful and engaged society, one story at a time.  

Before dedicating her time to her creative endeavors, Jaymi enjoyed a successful career in innovation and public service where she spent over a decade crafting policy and fostering the safe and responsible development of new technologies for Google, Apple, Pinterest, and the United States government.

Jaymi is a former U.S. delegate of the Wassenaar Arrangement in Vienna, Austria. She has also led and moderated talks on behalf of Silicon Valley’s tech giants. Jaymi continues to speak on equity, creativity, and purposeful living.  

Jaymi holds a B.S. in biomedical engineering and has intensive study in European Classical piano, music composition, and vocal performance. She lives with her family in Washington, DC.
